A good deal of the work we do for our UK and US clients is Accounts Receivable ("AR") and Accounts Payable ("AP") work, so we"re always on the lookout for Accounts Clerks to carry out this work.

These roles include telephoning and receiving calls from debtor and supplier organisations all around the world and successful candidate(s) will have an excellent command of spoken English to be immediately understood by their international audience.

Debtor and creditor details will be obtained from the SAP ByD ERP or alternative cloud-based accounting systems, probably maintained in the office in which you work, and will be used to generate telephone, email and written reminders to debtor  organisations and respond to creditor and buyer queries.

Qualifications

However, no formal qualifications are essential for this role, in which experience, diligence and communication skills are seen as more important.

Experience

We are interested in recruiting experienced candidate(s) with proven AR and AP experience.  

We are also interested in recruiting trainees to this position, who will receive work-place training and support on the job to develop within the organisation.

Work place maturity

The successful candidate(s) will be managed online from remote office locations round the world, with occasional management visits to the offshore office as needed.  

Therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team with minimum supervision are fundamental requirements of the role.
