Land Buying Company Marketing Manager Job in Muranga Town, Kenya

Amica Venture Ltd, a subsidiary company of Amica Savings and Credit Ltd wishes to recruit a competent individual to fill the position of Marketing Manager. 

This position will be based at the Head Office, Muranga Town
 

Primary Responsibilities: Implementation growth strategies, ensuring profitability and overseeing efficient day to day operation of the Subsidiary
 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies 


• Develop annual budgets and implement the same upon approval.


• Identifying suitable land for subdivision and selling to clients.


• Ensure compliance with legal issues pertaining to purchase and disposal of land


• Recruitment of sales team and managing the team to achieve the desired results.


• Initiate, develop and maintain sound and mutual relationship and network with relevant public bodies and institutions critical to the success of support functions

Experience, Knowledge and Abilities

• Three (3) years’ experience in similar position in the Real Estate sector


• Team player, excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and decision making skills


• In-depth knowledge of trends in Real Estate sector.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field


• Professional qualifications in marketing will be added advantage
