One of the things we do for our UK and US based clients is maintain their books of account on SAP Business ByDesign ERP, QuickBooks Online, or other accounting package.

 

To do so we are always on the lookout for capable bookkeepers who will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of complete books of account for multiple clients.

Data for input will be received by way of papers and records scanned in the UK or US and published to a server accessed by the Bookkeeping team.  

Records may be incomplete and require a degree of interpretation, and the successful candidate(s) will have experience of dealing with such scenarios.

Outputs will include VAT and other statutory tax returns, the full range of account reconciliations and financial reports.

Experience

The successful candidate(s) will be experienced bookkeepers with a thorough understanding of accounting software.

Work place maturity

The successful candidate(s) will be managed online from countries outside their home office, with occasional management visits to the offshore office as needed.  

Therefore excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work on your own or as part of a team with minimum supervision are fundamental requirements of the role.
