Job Vacancy: Trainer - Finance and Entrepreneurship
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
The main purpose of the role is to develop and implement the financial training programmes to clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Training Materials and review them regularly for relevance and appropriateness.
- Develop or modify course materials and training manuals to meet specific need as required.
- Prepare training reports and give feedback to clients.
- Carry out pre and post training tests for all participants.
- Source for training opportunities
- Develop and facilitates financial and entrepreneurship trainings to clients.
- Maintains understanding of Training techniques and trends.
- Monitor training programmes and manuals to ensure they are active and up to date and make updates as necessary.
- Preparation of monthly training programmes and appropriate distribution.
- Maintain client relationship, paying courtesy visits to our client and understanding their needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of experience in financial services industry, entrepreneurship or related fields
- 3+ years training experience.
- Excellent knowledge in the following subjects:
- Personal Financial Planning
- Financial Counseling
- Investment Opportunities
- Entrepreneurship
- Pre -Retirement Planning
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Excellent presentation skills.
