Big Eye Ventures, a leading above the line, below-the-line and PR and communication agency is recruiting for an Account Manager (1 Post): Business Development Manager & (1) Account Executive (1).
Job Profile: The BDMs / Account Managers & Account Executives serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
They are expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
In addition, they should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Working as part of a dedicated sales team, they will have their own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors.
They will also be responsible for developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to procurement led RFIs and pitching to small and medium sized clients.

Specific Duties
- Analyze the new business opportunity by asking questions to understand the customer’s need and wants so as to outline their requirements.
- Make initial contact via telephone calls, e-mails, introduction letters or visiting and aim to book a presentation appointment with key persons.
- Make presentations to the customer to showcase our capabilities to provide the required solution.
- Carry out a site-survey to identify the particulars of the solution to the client, with the aim to be able to prepare an accurate proposal.
- Pitch to clients - Present solution proposals.
- Follow up with a telephone call to get the customer feedback on the solution proposal presented.
- Negotiate and seek to close the sale while efficiently managing objections.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
- Managing the client project to ensure it is executed and delivered as agreed with the client.
- After-sales follow-up to maintain the client account and acquire back-ends arising from the project and client relationship
- Get referrals and testimonials from the clients secured for new business opportunities.
- Write reports and maintain documentation for the sales pipeline
- And any other sales & marketing and project management duties as assigned
NOTE: Please NOTE that we are keen on candidates who have worked in a BTL, ATL & PR and Communication agency set up or a Marketing Department carrying a given target
BDMs have a revenue target of 80%: Account Managers revenue target is 60% & Account Executives revenue target is 40% which is supposed to be achieved in the first quarter of reporting.
