Job title: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary: Quality Control Manager is responsible for supervising and leading the quality control and quality assurance efforts of company extensive fiber, and wireless project during the construction and implementation phase and ensuring that all implemented projects are as per proper QOS
It will be his/her responsibility to set-up documentation and methodology on quality standards.
The candidate will Assures consistent quality developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the integrity of our quality control by maintaining production consistent with established
- Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within program.
- Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
- Cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
- Manages company"s ISO 9000 compliance. Responsible for all regulatory and certifications requirements including: ISO-9001, ISO-13485, AS-9100.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Strong customer facing skills and experience with root cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process.
- Interface with customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses
- Conducts management meetings with product assurance program department to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
- Confers with engineers about quality assurance of manufactured products to rectify problems.
- Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality of finished product.
- Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures
Job Description
- Provide, and oversee, inspection activity Fiber and wireless products through-out the cycle
- Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
- Ensures measurements systems and corrective action systems are in place and effective.
- Responsible for ensuring production staff are properly trained and certified in order to meet quality requirements. Ensure documentation of required quality control standards for each technology and its inclusion as a SOW for implementation vendors
- Ensure all implemented projects internally/through vendors are meeting set quality control acceptance standards/guidelines of the company without failing the set implementation timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for quality control inspections/acceptance tests for all implemented projects
- Ensure proper communication among all involved teams for clear visibility and deducing and delays.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance work is performed on time and in compliance with contractual requirements and company policies
- Track and identify recurring problems and service opportunities. Analyze quality and performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement.
Professional Qualifications
- Masters degree in (Telecommunication or any other related field) and;
- A Bachelor’s Telecommunication degree or in any other (related field) and;
- Professional Quality Control qualification such as Six Sigma.
- ISO 9000
Experience
- 8 years’ experience in Quality management,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
- Ability to interact with and guide internal teams/vendors on proper implementation standards.
- Ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and must be willing to travel.
- In-depth knowledge and competency in Project Management
- Takes control and exercises leadership. Initiates action, gives direction and takes responsibility.
