Job Title: IT Sales Representative

Job Summary: An ICT firm is seeking to hire sales representatives to sell their products.
Job roles and responsibilities
- Leading, training, and managing other members of the account management team and dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and develop new and existing customers through planned individual account support.
- Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability from direct marketing and sales.
- Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
- Championing the customer/client at all levels internally and training Account Managers to efficiently represent the customer.
- Achieving high sales targets and goals while motivating account executives to do the same.
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
- Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
- Ensuring they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related industry certifications.
- Over 2 years of professional Sales experience in an ICT industry.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Great understanding of the Technology Industry.
- Excellent researching, report writing, presentation and general communication skills
- Excellent telephone & public relation skills in addition to attaining customer service accreditation.
- Strong cost and budget control, relationship management skills.
- Strong query and conflict resolution skills.
- Team Building Skills.
