Our client in the telecommunication industry is looking for young and ambitious Customer service oriented candidates to work in the following areas:
The Customer Service agents will fill the above positions in the following locations in Kenya: Diani Town, Kilifi, Malindi, Thika, Nanyuki, Nyeri, Embu, Meru, Machakos, Wajir, Garissa, Eldoret, Kitale, Kakamega, Bungoma, Kisumu, Kericho, Kissii, Narok, Nakuru, Naivasha
Roles & Responsibilities
- To meet the sales and customer goals
- Promote sales by assisting customers.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Enter register/report books transactions accurately
- Make sure the devices and gadgets on the display are clean and presentable
- Always forward the Daily Sales Report to the management.
- Always update the management on the stock movement.
- Understanding the customer needs, wants and complaints and try to give the solution.
- Attend all meetings at branch level and as required by the management.
- Report to the management about any faulty devices or any matters arising that needs the intervention of the authorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all allocated escalations each day and for escalated issues ensure resolution within the defined SLA targets.
- Ensure timely feedback is given to the respective customers’ on their reported issues.
- Use the signed off processes and procedures as part of your working tools.
- Enter customer data and other relevant information into customer service systems(CRM) or other data repository, as required.
- Adhere to shift work schedule as planned.
- Provide recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and from the analysis report of the escalations.
- On a rotational basis, prepare and submit an analysis report of the daily & monthly escalations
- Actively participates in team meetings
Qualifications
- Diploma in business related studies
- Experience in Telco customer care is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organization and planning skills
- Flexibility to work in the county towns
Salary Offer: 20,000.00 plus commissions
