The Norwegian Red Cross is one of 192 Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) national societies across the globe and has been part of the RCRC Movement since 1865. NorCross operates through a network of Branches in Norway and Internationally, with the HQ based in Oslo.
The Norwegian Red Cross (NorCross) is seeking an external audit company to carry out a comprehensive audit of the financial statements. The audit services will be for a 2-year period renewable. The audits will be both interim and final audits for the respective years starting 2023. The period covered for interim audits is usually January 1, to August 31, and September 1 to December 31 for the annual audits.
Bidders are expected to show evidence and experience in these kind of services with competent and qualified staff to undertake the assignment. In addition, the bidders are expected to submit their proposals in English.
One Bidder can only send one quote.

Technical and Financial offers, complete in all respects, should be received electronically and separately as per the instructions in the RFP Document by 1700Hrs on 15th August 2023. Late submission will not be considered.
NorCross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
