Job Purpose: To maintain accurate accounting documentation and easily retrievable filing system

Accurate and up-to-date accounting records Documents filed appropriately and retrieval made easyTimely archiving of closed files.Ensure timely data entry in the books of account as required for report generation.Carry out periodic bank reconciliation for the organisation’s accounts File in an easily retrievable manner, the accounting documents for easy referencing. Archive closed files and documents within the agreed time frame agreed upon by the organization. Requisition of stationary needed for proper documentation of the business transactions.Design and label all the files that are active to ensure that the filing doesn’t have duplications.
