Due to rapid growth and expansion of operations, a Real Estate Development Company is looking for dynamic and pragmatist professional to fill the following vacancies;

1. Architects – (with BORAQS registration)

Two posts
* Should be conversant with Archicad (especially in building modeling), Artlantis Render
* Knowledge of Adobe photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage
* Registered Architect.

2. Assistant Project Manager (Construction Projects)

One post
* Bachelors Degree in Construction related fields
* Masters in Project Management or Construction Project Management
* Must have three years practical experience in construction Projects management.
* Computer knowledge on relevant applications in project management is essential.

3. Facilities/ Estate (Property) Manager

One post
* Bachelors Degree in Land economics or related Construction fields
* Must have a minimum of three years of practical experience in a similar post in a busy environment especially in estate management.
* Knowledge of relevant computer application systems is essential.

4. Legal Officer

One Post
* Must have an LL.B Degree from a reputable University
* Must have 4 -5 years experience on commercial Law and Conveyancing.
* Must have ability to work with external legal officers and follow up on any litigation work they are handling.
* Must be an admitted advocate with a current registration certificate.
* CPS(K) will be an added advantage

5. Management Accountant

One Post
* Must be a CPA (K)
* Must have more than 5 years of experience, two of which must be in a similar position.
* Experience in a construction environment will be an added advantage
* Must have experience in computerized accounting environment
