Candidate’s Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. MBA/Masters an added advantageMust be a CPA (K) holder or ACCA finalist5-10 year post qualification commercial track record in a medium sized business with hands on working knowledge of ERP systemsEnsure clarity of business KPIs and challenge the finance teamDrive strategy supporting financial rationale for new investments and marketing initiativesProduction of group accounts, annual budgets and 3 year strategic business plansEnsuring the integrity of consolidation and provide insightful analysis/commentaryCritically reviewing/applying/enforcing financial processes and controlsLiaising with auditors and key stakeholders across the businessProducing ad hoc, high quality management informationUndertaking strategic project work where necessaryYou will be an experienced manager used to leading a performing teamDemonstrate sound commercial finance experience and current technical accounting knowledgeProven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational developmentPossess the ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on the running.An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
