Retail Sales Representatives
Ref HR/1/10/2010

The position holder will work in any area around the Mount Kenya region and will be responsible for driving sales volumes and market execution activities.

Key outputs will be;

Implementing retail execution standards in accordance with company’s picture of success.Carrying out order generation to ensure across the range availability of Coca Cola productsDeveloping existing accounts and opening new outletsTraining and coaching Merchandisers and distributor personnelMaintaining The Coca Cola quality standards in distributor stores and retail outlets.Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent (Post graduate diploma holders will have an added advantage).2 years experience in the FMCG is a MUSTClean BCE driving license with minimum of 2 years experienceBusiness Analyst
Ref HR/2/10/2010

The position holder will be responsible for development and maintenance of systems for collection, analysis, and distribution of sales operations data.

Key outputs will include;

Develop customized ICT programs for data capture and analysis.Ensure timely collection, analysis and distribution of reports and information pertaining to sales & marketing operations.Prepare sales performance reportsProvide user training on customized programsAnalyse and interpret customer survey index and other business indicators.Degree in Computer Science, BIT or equivalent3 years relevant experience preferably in FMCG or research based company.Proficient in Ms Office and Statistical packagesStrong analytical skillsICT Assistant

The position holder will be responsible for providing continuity in the ICT system in line with the business needs.

Key outputs will include;

Development of in house programs that provide internal business solutionsNetwork and ERP administrationEnd user trainingTrouble shooting on ICT equipment/programs.Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.At least 3 years relevant experience coupled with working knowledge in Enterprise Resource Programs.

The position holder will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations as well as identifying organization risk.

Key outputs will be;

Reviewing and appraising the adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls.Establishing the extent and compliance with operational manuals, strategic plans and procedures.Appraising relevance, reliability and integrity of management and financial reports.Identifying potential risks and recommending mitigating strategies.Bcom (Accounting) degree or equivalentCPA II2 years relevant experience (preferably manufacturing industry)Process Technicians

The position holders will be developed into multi-skilled operators for various stations in the production process namely;

Water TreatmentSyrup MakingQuality ControlQuality AssuranceThe duties will involve but not limited to running processing units, conducting various chemical and microbial tests, statistical process controls, and calibration of measurement devices among
others.

Qualifications
