Job Title: Product Ambassador

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clientsInstall product and demonstrate its use at the customer siteDeliver presentations of the products at customer sitesMeet set targetsProvide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service deliverySupport product development by testing new product releases and acting as a Senior UserIdentify and make contact with potential customersMaintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sign ups and in depth use of product.Assist in the identification of opportunities for new services and for enhancement and development of existing productsUnderstand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that marketHandle customer complaintsIdentify and resolve client concernsCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedDevelop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledgeEstablish and maintain current client and potential client relationshipsProvide on-the-job training to new sales employeesManage account services through quality checks and other follow-upAssists in the implementation of company marketing plans as neededOther duties as assignedJob specification of sales representative
Must be a college graduate. Preference will be given to University Graduates.Pleasant and outgoing personality.Customers service orientated.Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.1-2 sales experience will be an advantage.Good track record in corporate sales.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken.Ability to persuade and influence others.Ability to develop and deliver presentations.Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.To apply
