Operations Manager
Reporting to the CEO the incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to ensure organizational effectiveness by managing the day to day operations of the company and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A university degree in a business or engineering related course
* 5 years post qualification experience in a managerial position.
* Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
* Have at minimum 6 years experience in a supervisory role.
* Post graduate qualifications in project management is highly desirable
* Microsoft Office and Ms Project proficiency.
* Good communication, interpersonal, management and supervisory skills.
* Proven ability to provide authoritative and professional advice.
* Proven experience in strategic planning
* Strong project planning skills, with proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* A person of high integrity.
* The candidate should be aged between 33 and 38 years
Project Manager
Reporting to the CEO the incumbent will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of all projects so as to ensure that all deliverables have been met. S/he will also be in charge of all the projects resources and technical staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
* BSc. in Civil Engineering or any related field.
* Post graduate qualifications in project management
* Registration with ERB as Graduate or Registered Engineer and membership with IEK shall be added advantage
* Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the construction industry in a managerial or leadership position.
* Have at minimum 6 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge large projects
* Have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, tendering procedures and project negotiation processes.
* Microsoft Office and Ms Project proficiency.
* Good interpersonal, management and supervisory skills.
* Proven ability to provide authoritative and professional direction.
* Proven experience in strategic planning
* Strong project planning skills, with proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Direct work experience in project management capacity
* A person of high integrity.
* Ability to deliver under pressure
* The candidate should be aged between 33 and 38 years
Project Engineers
Reporting to the Project Manager this position’s primary responsibility is to plan and execute projects within the allocated time frame, approved budget and meet client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* BSc. in Civil Engineering or other relevant degree qualification
* MS projects and MS Office proficiency.
* Post graduate qualifications in project management shall be added advantage
* Registration with ERB as Graduate or Registered Engineer and membership with IEK shall be added advantage
* Have a minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in end-to-end execution of large building & civil engineering / water engineering projects
* Have hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and tendering procedures
* Have at minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role, fully in charge of large projects
* Ability to deliver under pressure
* The candidate should be aged between 30 and 37 years
Quality Coordinator/Process Improvement Leader
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job holder’s primary responsibility will be to guarantee quality and excellence in the services offered.
S/he will ensure compliance and continuous improvement in line with ISO standards and will be required to design, implement and monitor all company processes and ensure adherence of the same.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A university degree in a business related field.
* Post graduate qualifications in Total Quality Management (TQM) or related training.
* Training in ISO Audit Systems and processes shall be an added advantage
* Project management training will be an added advantage.
* Minimum 5 years in quality management.
* Demonstrated leadership and managerial capabilities.
* Exceptional planning and organization skills.
* Strong analytical, quantitative, qualitative research
