Maintenance Supervisor

Job Objective: Co-ordination of repairs and maintenance for equipment in the branches, to ensure the smooth running of the operations.

Key Performance Areas:

Checking the status of all machines at the branches.Daily checks of power supply and water supply in all branches.Co-ordinate other maintenance staff on daily breakdowns in branches.Ensure all equipment used are maintained and serviced as per requirements.Update all the checklists as required.Purchase of spare parts through the authorized suppliers.Assist in all aspects the Maintenance Manager.Be on standby for any urgent maintenance work that may need to be addressed at all times.Ensure energy utility management is achieved and all relevant users are well trained on usage controls.Should have a diploma or higher diploma in Electrical/Electronic EngineeringShould have some knowledge on gas/electric kitchen equipments, coffee equipment, refrigeration units, motors, generators and water pumps.Should have at least five years work experience, with not less than two years at a senior supervisory levelHaving worked in an hospitality industry is an added advantageShould be below 35 years of ageElectrical/Electronic Technician

Job Objective:

Checking the status of all refrigeration equipment for the company.Daily checks of power supply.Checks on equipment and fix them when faulty.Provide service to equipment as expected.Check on gas machines, leakages, proper functioning of ice room.Purchasing of spare parts through authorization of maintenance supervisor.Maintenance daily checklists as required.Ensure regular service schedules to avoid breakdowns of equipment.Supervise proper usage of equipment.Should have a certificate or diploma in refrigeration and air conditioningShould have at least three years working experienceShould have wide experience on cold rooms, freezers, Taylor machines, chillers, air conditioners.Some knowledge on electrical/electronic and mechanical related fields is an added advantage.Having worked in an hospitality industry is an added advantageShould be below 30 years of agePlumber

Job Objective

Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal

Qualifications and Experience
