Main Purpose of the Job
At least a college Diploma in sales and Marketing with 3-5 years commercial experience.Minimum 2 years selling experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.Attitude: challenging, resilient, team player, initiative taker, proactive, positive and ambitious, leadership skills and networking skillsKnowledge: Kenya modern trade understanding and regional trendsCustomer management skills, negotiation and influential ability.Good communication and selling skillsShould be a good planner and organizedGood driving skills and with a clean drivers licenceDisciplined and with a good attitudeA team playerLeadership skillsAchievement of Category, volume, value & RIG target at a market level. Achievement of the outlets monthly targets.
