Purpose of the position:
To Support provide the technical leadership and direction needed to successfully support timely and quality implementation of APHIAplus Social determinants of health to improve the well-being of targeted communities and population of Western Kenya (Nyaza & western province), improve child well being and be responsible for the coordination and overseeing the work of APHIAplus.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience:
The holder of this position must have a minimum of a Bachelors’ degree or its equivalent in a relevant field from a recognized University.
An advanced degree is highly preferred;
They must have a minimum of 5 years experience designing, planning, implementing, supervising and reporting on integrated social livelihood and development projects
They must have demonstrated practical command for implementing Social Development;
The holder of this position must be results orientated leader with performance based management knowledge who can manage and satisfy multiple and at times conflicting organizational, donor and other stakeholder demands;
He /she must also have solid public relations skills and be a strong team player;
