Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking accounting procedures in line with the company’s policies.

Inventory controlPetty cash managementCashierPayroll managementDaily posting of accounts receivables and payables transactionsCollecting accounts receivables promptlyPreparing cheque payment vouchersPreparing and processing monthly/ annual payments including insurances, licenses, service bills, rents and ratesRecord keeping of all transactionsPreparing periodic reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accountsOverseeing the procurement process for office requisitionsProcessing monthly and annual statutory payments, i.e. PAYE,NSSF,NHIF, VAT returns and filing them with KRA, NSSF and NHIFExcellent accounting and administrative skillsGood reporting and presentation skillsCommunication skillsGood planning and organization skillsGood negotiation skillsPreferably male aged 25-35yrs with 2 years experience in a busy accounts department.

Requirements and Work Experience
Minimum CPA Part 2Possession of KATC I and II certificates a plus.Working knowledge of QuickBooks & MS OfficeExperience in the printing industry will be an added advantageHow to Apply
