Roles and Responsibilities

Loading / Undloading/ Handiling On Routefollow the checking out procedurehandle the loads during the day effectivelyfollow your regular maintenance routingre-loading for the next day operationUse correct driving techniquesObserve safety precautions- as outlined during initial trainingFollow your regular maintenance routingKeep to the general rules and agreed administration procedure for license and reporting accidentThe rounds man will retain overall responsibility for all customersKeep in touch will all customer by alternating callEstablish a good working relation shop with the assistantMaintain control of assistant in:• Handling cash and credit
• Handling the load
• Attitude to customer service
• Safe working practice
• Merchandising standards
• Selling ability

Accept responsibility for all cash and creditControl the handling and security of cash and creditObserve the paying-in procedure for cash and creditObserve the rules for credit collections ad credit limitsThe job of the company rounds man is to serve all his calls correctlyRound book procedureContacting customersServing of every customer in the right order at the right timeCustomer approachDevelop customer relationshipPersonal appearanceStandard of the productStandard of merchandisingStandard of stock controlCustomer complaintsPoint of sale AuctionDevelop customer buying habits through;Use of productUse of sale informationCorrect participation in sale drive and promotionCorrect merchandising of the coolerUse continuous position approachAssist in obtaining new customerUse a little more time and care in establishing new customersSalary 60,000/- Kshs plus Medical and Accommodation
