1. Site Managers / Engineers - Bsc in Civil and Structural Engineering or a Higher National Diploma in Building Construction.
2. Foremen - Diploma in Building Construction or Civil and Structural Engineering.
3. Site Quantity Surveyors - Degree or Diploma in quantity surveying.
4. Site Clerks - Certificate in Supplies Management or other relevant courses.
