The job reports to the Group CEO and is in charge of an Agri-Business Unit
Leading in the formulation and implementation of the Agri-Business Unit Strategy while ensuring optimal utilization of company resources to ensure business performance in growth and profitability to deliver business objectives in line with standards, policies and procedures both locally and internationally as stipulated.
 An Entrepreneur to grow the company’s Revenue and the Profitability!Leading in the formulation and implementation of Business Unit StrategyLeading and Managing in the formulation, Implementation and monitoring of crop and farm strategiesEnsuring that annual budgets and financial plans are developed, implemented and monitoredLeading in the development and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and health policies and procedures of CompanyRepresenting the Company in business related external assignments to achieve positive image and business networksEnsuring policies that provide a safe and conducive working environment for all employees, clients and visitorsDeveloping, coaching, training, motivating and evaluating staff to achieve highest levels of performanceIdentifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in Farm and Crop managementDetermining & coordinating Unit reporting and communication requirementsEnsuring the security of Company assets and personnelJob Skills & Personal AttributesPlanning & Analytical skillsEntrepreneurial and business acumenTeam LeadershipCoaching & mentoring skillsHigh IntegrityOrganizational skillsAcademic Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Agri - Business, Business Management or related field.
