Our client, dealing with Health and Safety, Clothing and Equipments seeks to recruit an Office Administrator with basic Accounting skills.
The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department, managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Clearing biases on accounts, sales and people managementCollecting, liaising with production line and ensuring customers are updated on their ordersWorking on petty cash, P&L and all other statutory requirements Resolving administrative problems and inquiries Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsScheduling and coordinating meeting, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisorsCoordinating the maintenance of office supply inventoriesMaintaining records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cashAssuming receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, attending phone calls and replying to the emails received by the client Retrieving documents from filing system Professional Skills and CompetenciesA Diploma in business related fieldMinimum 1 year clerical and must have accounting skillsHonest and able to work with minimum supervisionAble to work under pressureA person able to make decisions without consulting on every aspectAble to manage sales representatives To apply, send your CV only to recruit@flexi-personnel.com before Friday, 17th May 2013.
