Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that V.A.T returns, N.S.S.F, N.H.I.F and P.A.Y.E are filed before due dateEnsuring accounting documents are filed accuratelyVerifying and reconciling petty cash claims to ensure correct usage, accountability and accurate reimbursementsAssisting in the preparation of bank reconciliationsPreparing monthly accounts P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statements from trial balance Payroll preparation and managementUpdating the company’s website CPA Section 2 and above Proven IT skills1-2 years of experience in AccountingWorking experience in Sage Pastel, Quick Books, Tally and Ms ExcelExperience in debt management and credit controlAbility to solve urgent matters and work under pressureHigh levels of integrity and customer serviceGood interpersonal and team working skillsTo apply, send your CV and cover letter to cvs@flexi-personnel.com before Friday 17th May, 2013.
