We are seeking to recruit focused and results driven individual to fill the following position.

Procurement Officer- Administration

Procurement Officer Job Summary

The position will be responsible for procuring of office supplies and providing daily pro-active support to all departments.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing for quotations for office general supplies.

Negotiating on price quotations.

Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

Process payments to clients and various service providers within the Service level agreement (SLA).

Maintaining necessary supplies registers and ensuring that they are promptly and regularly updated.

Preparation of monthly invoices in liaison with accounts department to ensure they are correct and match with the raised Local purchase order (LPO).

Preparation of monthly reports for general supplies.

Maintaining stocks controls and re-order level.

Ensuring that all enquiries by suppliers are responded to promptly and appropriately.

Maintaining good relations with the suppliers.
Qualifications for Procurement Jobs in Kenya

A Degree holder in Procurement.

At least one year experience in procurement.

Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.

Must be computer literate.
