Summary: Our client an electronics distributor, seeks to recruit three Centre Managers with a Sales and Marketing background to manage a centre and head a sales team.

Duties

• Oversee the distribution of electronics in supermarkets and outlets


• Supervise the sales team ensuring the sales targets are met


• Build strong relationships with key customers and agents in your area


• Manage and oversee the activities of the centre


• Stay current on sales and marketing requirements


• Establish a promotion and sales support system for sales team, and evaluate and monitor their performance


• Ensure availability of the company’s products in your territory


• Gather market intelligence in the region including competitor’s activities and advise accordingly


• Monitor and evaluate the economic conditions and opportunities in the respective territory

Minimum qualifications, skills and competencies 

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing


• Proven record in the delivery of business targets


• At least 2 years’ experience in a busy sales department those with experience distributing electronics will have an added advantage


• Must have a passion for sales


• Ability to lead a team and head a centre
