Top Responsibilities
To meet our operational needs and expanding clientele, we are looking to fill the role of a client service manager.
This is a new position reporting to the managing director.
A typical day for the client service manager will entail meeting decision makers including CEO’s and senior HR managers in order to understand their staffing needs.
You will also be assisting the CEO in developing and executing marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.
Other top responsibilities include supervising, directing and controlling the fulfillment of orders within accepted timelines, in charge of customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints and quality control.
You will also be expected to streamline business operations, provide internal training, and participate in new product development.
You will work closely with the recruitment, career advisory and marketing team.
Candidate Specification
We are looking for a candidate aged between 27 and 34 years who has a solid background in client service, HR, PR, account management or sales and marketing.
You should have experience interacting with decision makers and working in a high paced business environment with minimal supervision.
You should also be experienced in overseeing processes from beginning to the end.
Those working in a consultancy background have an added advantage.
