Job Title: Marketing & Customer Service Officer
Reports To: BDEA growing Financial Institution (Members’ owned Sacco) in Nairobi is seeking vibrant, self-motivated and qualified person for the above post
Role Objective
Ensure client and potential clients’ ultimate satisfaction with the company’s services.
Proactively manage the marketing platform of the company
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage productive working relationships with clients.
Demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
Identifies competition and compares organization’s products/services.
Supplies management with written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Identify, plan and participate in marketing events
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Provide coordination and administrative support in the operations of the company
Manage the online marketing platform for the company

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business/ or related field or equivalent education
2 years’ experience in Sales, involving achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully achieving KPIs and meeting/exceeding quota.
