As a market leader in Professional Seminars, Workshops and consultancies in Finance and risk management among other fields, we have a vacancy for an honest, reliable, experienced, and goal driven Business Development Manager.
S/He is expected to manage this position under minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development through Ideas and implementation
- Relationship management with clients
- Telemarketing and team leadership and synergy
- Selling of courses, seminars and workshops
- Source, build and develop prospects so as to achieve sales growth and income.
- Pitching and follow-ups on potential clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in a Business Management or related course
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales with an added advantage if it is from a training consultancy firm either Local or International.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken(telemarketing)
- Customer and Events management skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good networking skills, eloquent and focused
- Willing to work on a fixed package and competitive commission
