Our Client, an upcoming dairy company located in Githunguri, is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to handle all accounting and financial responsibilities

Finance Manager Job Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor cash balances and requirements

Prepare and present cash flow forecasts

Prepare Board documents

Prepare cash analytics required by management

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets

Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables, timing, processes

Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results

Implement financial forecasting and planning tools as needed to improve planning results

Co-ordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the company’s financial and operating performance.

Core Competencies:

Candidate should possess the ability to ensure the corporate integration of finance and cash management objectives, policies and procedures

Candidate should possess a demonstrated capacity to build relationships internally and externally and an ability to quickly establish credibility across an organization and engage others to ensure the most effective and efficient implementation of finance functions;

Should have demonstrated experience in a finance function for an organization of similar scope

She/He should have proven ability to seek and incorporate input from others.
Requirements for Finance Manager Jobs in Kenya


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.

Minimum of 5 years of cash management, forecasting and planning experience with a bias in FMCG and manufacturing

Multi location experience

Operated within a highly leveraged capital structure

Preferred:
FMCG & Manufacturing experience

Required Values:

Proven ability to deliver results.

Proven ability to improve processes; history of driving innovation.
