Sales Agent Job Summary
Reporting to the BDM, the position holder’s key role is acquisition of new business and ensuring quality customer service.
Responsibilites
Deliver sales targets in terms of loan disbursement and collections.
Provide excellent customer service.
Marketing of all company products.
Market research and survey.
Daily sales reports.
Qualifications for Sales Agents Jobs in Kenya
Diploma/Degree in a business course.
Experience in selling loans will be a definite advantage.
High integrity and professionalism.
Passionate about sales.
Good communication and customer relationship skills.
Nairobi residents will be given priority.
A competitive commission package will be paid to successful candidates based on performance.
