Our client is one of the leading media houses based in Uganda. They seek to hire a regional sales representative to source, identify and secure new business opportunities i.e. advertising sales and sponsorships in Nairobi region.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Driving sales for the radio stations


• Organizing weekly sales activity reports


• Conceptualizing concrete and customized radio ideas for agency and direct clients


• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with advertising agencies and directly with clients


• Identifying revenue growth opportunities and taking the initiative to exploit such opportunities


• Assisting management collect money owed by clients

Key Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a business related course


• Minimum 2 years sales experience; previous television / radio sales experience preferred


• Strong hands-on field management experience is a must


• Must be Computer literate


• Ability to manage people


• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
