Shield Enterprise is recruiting a Business Development Associate to take over management of the sales process and pipeline, to generate new leads and to provide assistance and training to lenders / customers in the post-sales period.
The Business Development Associate will report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Marketing – development of marketing content e.g. email campaigns, blog, reports and case studies. The idea cement Shield Enterprise’s as a pioneer in mobile lending technology
- Sales - Manage the lead generation process. Leads follow up, closing existing leads, responding to RFPs, system demos and monthly sales analytics & reports
- Training – responsible for training new customers on the Shield Enterprise System including development and improvement of existing training materials, including online manual, training videos etc.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with CRM tools, mailing tools (MailChimp) as well as CMS tools is required.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in social media and marketing
- Experience working in Software and/or SaaS technology sector is an added advantage
- Experience in selling solutions to MNO, MFIs, SACCOs and Banks is an added advantage.
