Duties and Responsibilities

To enter data into the system and verify information, operate data entry devices and prepare documents.Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete.Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into the system.Entering information into specific system from recorded material, hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.Keeping records of tasks, files and proofread reportsChecking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final productMinimum- Diploma in sales or any related business fieldCertified Microsoft Office User Specialist especially ExcelAbility to enter data accurately at a given speedStrong typing, analytical, and computer skills and the ability to manipulate data.Ages between 24 yrs -27yrs.Good experience working with computers.If you are qualified, send your application with detailed CV and daytime personal No. to jobs@staff-kenya.com
