We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above mentioned position in our Human Resources Department.

Position Scope:

The position reports to the Industrial Relations Superintendent.

Collection of data for CBA negotiations, preparation and participation in negotiations at renewal.Receiving and handling grievance and disputes.Counseling and disciplinary process.Preparation of defense in court cases, arising out of Industrial actions.Custodial of factory seasonal records and updates.The Person:

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
