Reporting to the General Manager, the Area Sales Manager will offer support and leadership in Sales growth and management decision making process by identifying gaps in the Sales process and building necessary competencies.

Direct responsibility for the achievement of sales budgetIdentify opportunities to grow the customer base through new business development opportunities.Develop both short and long term sales strategies for top and bottom line growthClearly define Key Performance Indicators for the Sales team reporting into the position.Develop, implement and monitor business objectives for all customers.Positively influencing sales by regular contact, networking and motivation of teams and customers.Approve and regularly review all sales itineraries to ensure effective customer collage.Educated to at least Bachelors Degree in any field but with genuine interest in sellingMinimum 5 years experience in field sales, two years of which must be in a management role in an FMCG environment ideally with experience in managing a diverse sales team.Looking to grow to National Sales Manager in a year’s time!.Interested candidates who meet the above criteria should send their applications by 4th May 2011, attaching detailed CVs, names of three referees to the following email address:- careers@oasisltd.co.ke.
