We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our maintenance crew.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Group Property Manager, the position is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of all electric equipment and machinery to ensure equipment reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis on electrical installations, appliances and equipment so as to minimise breakdowns and maintenance costs.Install, maintain, overhaul and repair electrical installations, appliances and equipment.Maintaining awareness and compliance with technical Health and Safety regulations, Environmental standards and procedures in order to ensure that "Safe Systems of Work" are in place at all times.Plan, cost and prepare for repairs and maintenance work so that such work can be carried out in the most timely and cost effective way.Knowledge/Skills/Experience/competency
Diploma in electrical or Electronics Engineering5 years working experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience in electrical installation, refrigeration, plumbing and satellite/ aerial installation.Knowledge of generator operations and maintenance.Knowledge of boiler operations and maintenance.Good communication skills and ability to work at odd hours and under pressure.The position works in collaboration with other functions to achieve the overall Maintenance purpose and results.How to Apply
