Oserian Development Company Limited is one of Kenya’s leading growers and exporters of fresh cut- flowers based in Naivasha. We are seeking to recruit a young, dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team in the capacity mentioned above.

Reporting to the Research & Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for trial work which includes preparation of trial proposals, execution (including set-up and data collection), statistical analyses and scientific reporting among other responsibilities

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural SciencesFormal training with emphasis on research (experimental designs, statistical analysis etc) either by university training or experienceMust have proven exposure to appropriate agricultural or biological researchExperience with IPM programs will be an added advantage. Furthermore she/he will have the following attributes:
Strong analytical skills and able to think independently.Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with staff and other departments and ensure smooth running of the section.Must be at least 24 years of age.Should have excellent communication skills ( both oral and written)Applications must include a cover letter and CV with names and current contact address of three professional referees.
