Purpose of the Job:
To introduce and promote the specified product range, ensuring sales and GP are maximized through the channel whilst delivering the best service and customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
Achieving sales targets set each month by the Sales Manager.
Job Content & Context:
1. Achieving sales targets set each month.
2. To pro- actively seek new business in the specified product range
3. Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
4. Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion
Candidate profile: Work experience in IT or relevant professional discipline
1. Experience in sales
2. Has some commercial and business awareness
3. Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills.
4. Can demonstrate their ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
Skills set / competencies
1. Understands the sales process
2. Ability to demonstrate Interpersonal and influencing skills
Need to work in a team
1. Can demonstrate their ability to manage their time so that they can maximize the number of calls made to a customer
2. Understands how to research and identify prospective customers
3. Can present feedback using Word or Excel
Personal presentation
1. Smart and presentable
