Customer Representative - Outbound Sales Agent Job in Kenya

Position Summary:-

The Customer Representative - Outbound Sales Agent's role will include handling calls from previous or existing customers and selling to them the various products by establishing relationships and building a great rapport and finally getting that sale and also upselling or cross selling other products or services.

You will be in a target driven environment and up selling to customers.

Education and Experience

Tertiary Education (Bachelors degree/College Diploma)1-2 years work experience in Sales environmentCandidate must be willing to work shifts (including night shift) and on public holidays Computer literate and Proficiency in MS office Experience in Outbound Sales to the USA is an added advantage.Key competencies and Attributes
