The position will require frequent travel (up to 40%) to distributors and customer locations nationwide.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- assisting with the resolution of acute regional service support issues,
- execution of related distribution plans,
- supporting service engineering groups to implement service/product problem solutions at a distributor level,
- participate in all monthly regional staff meetings.
The key requirements are:
- experience in working in service business and customer support operations,
- at least 3 years of diesel engine troubleshooting and/or failure analysis experience,
- at least 3 years of managerial experience,
- degree or similar qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
