Job Description
Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Receptionist will be charged with the following:
Answering of visitors inquiries.Directing visitors to appropriate contacts. Answering of incoming calls. Arranging appointments for quests to meet with organization staff.Any other assignment may be assigned from time to time.Diploma in Public relations/customer relations/ Customer care management or any other related qualifications.Computer literacyGood communication skills.Good personalityPublic relations skills.Five (5) years experience in a reputable organization.Between 25 - 30 years.The position will be on contractual basis for a 2 years renewable contract.
