Insurance Agency Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya

In pursuit of our aggressive growth plan, we are seeking to fill the positions of Sales Executives with impeccable desire to excel in a highly rewarding and attractive commissions sales environment and who are proactive and self-driven and who can apply their knowledge, diligence, and experience to contribute to the achievement of our mission to delight our customers with outstanding financial services.

The main role of the Sales Executives will be to ensure that high production targets are met through high personal production.

You must have the maturity to deal with the professional and business elite, who make up our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying/prospecting and pitching  for potential clients for the provision of insurance and investment services and products including General insurance, unit trusts, life insurance, monthly investment plans, education plans, Retirement planning, offshore products etc. Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile, as well as the performance of the specific portfolios Carry out a detailed-fact find review of the potential clients and recommend appropriate insurance and investment products. Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain a strong customer service.Development  and implementation of a marketing strategyEnsuring strong understanding of the firms value propositionMaintaining the client database of contactsEnsuring client feedback is received and following up on actionMaintaining client feedback recordUndertaking any ad hoc duties associated with the sales function, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.Qualifications, Skills and Ability RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage. Minimum K C S E grade C Age- 24 to 28High level of initiative and self-motivationStrong working knowledge of Ms Office suite of programmesAbility to maintain confidentiality of records and informationBe attentive to detail.
