Job Description
Position Title: Brand (Sales) Manager
Role Duties
Develop strategic account plans, negotiate annual pricing agreements, and pursue value-selling methodologies to achieve business unit sales objectives.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate sales forecasts, and address issues involving slow-moving inventory, past-due payments, and customer disputed items.
Assist in the prioritization of customer orders and take actions to ensure sufficient levels of on-time delivery performance.
Investigate customer claims, issue corrective actions responses, and address technical issues as they arise.
Perform customer cold calls, develop new accounts for profitable sales growth, and issue detailed trip reports for sales management.
Collect competitor intelligence and provide market input for business cases as necessary.
Complete a detailed market map of Industrial accounts and increase market penetration for both long products and value-added components.
Requirements:
Sales experience – specifically in ironmongery, hardware, sanitary ware,
3-5 years of experience in the building finishes trade
University degree
Valid driving license
Valid passport
Valid certificate of good conduct
