Undergraduate Degree in Business
3+ years of experience in coordinator or management role; experience in medium-large scale retail operations
A good understanding of blinds and curtains either through previous employment or from general interest
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach, counsel and motivate performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to effectively analyse, assess, and identify process and system improvements
Ability to facilitate and manage conflict resolution
Ability to communicate and partner with other departments to identify and develop process and procedural improvements
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities
Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and able to work well with others
Driven problem solver with strong critical and creative thinking skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
