Position: Security Manager
 

The Site Security Manager will be a full-time and permanent employee of Longonot Gate Development ltd. 

He/she will be responsible for the following job tasks:

• Daily management of the security operations and functions within the site including liaison with other external agencies and law enforcement departments of the government.


• Ensure that the site has a documented risk assessment that will form the basis of site security plan. 


• He will implement the security risk management plans and procedures, incorporating such changes as are necessary to reflect local conditions.


• Management of security reviews and ensures security audit is conducted on annual basis or whenever the security situation warrants.

Skills and Competences Required:

• Applicant with minimum age of 35 years and above.


• Applicant is currently working with established security company in management level,


• Applicant has minimum two years of security management experience.

This position is site based – Longonot Gate Development site, Naivasha and reports to General manager Technical
