Closing Date: Open Until FilledSummary:  Our client is an independent media specialists focusing on developing & providing world class media planning and buying services to various clients both local and international.

Primary Responsibilities:

Keep track of the billable amounts and ensure that correct and error free invoices are raised on a timely basis.

Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

Prepare and send out invoices.

Verify billing accounts.

Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.

Generate financial statements and reports detailing billing status on a timely basis.

Experience and Skills:

Proven working experience as a billing Accountant.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS Office.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
