Business Analyst-Re-Advertisement
Position objective:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer (CMCO), the candidate will be responsible for managing and co-coordinating the cohesive delivery of multiple business facing functions (Customer and Revenue impacting) by acting as the vital link between sales and marketing teams and service providers by preparing the analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budget information for these functions.
Business Analyst Key Outputs include:
Analyze Revenue and Marketing data to help the business achieve the Targeted Revenue & target Relative Market Share
Prepare Revenue Forecasting, Tracking & Revenue Analysis
Analyze Customer & Business impact of all new Propositions launched, so that a corrective action / learning can be taken for future
Integrating marketing verticals through various marketing and revenue analysis and pricing decisions to help achieving the business goals
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Track Competition Strategy, Plans & Products and provide insights to management.
Subscriber Reporting and tracking through micro level analysis
Site wise monthly/weekly KPI tracking
Tracking of competition sites and their Performance on Market KPI’s
Information Management
Overall Business Intelligence Responsibility and supporting all marketing verticals for data mining
Data analysis and site wise KPI tracking
Internalizing the Revenue Forecasting process
Define business analytics and develop dashboards and reports to measure sales and marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness and lead generation initiatives
Support and assist the marketing programs and sales and marketing teams with specific aspects of campaign execution process
Qualifications and Competencies for the Business Analyst Kenyan Job
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field
The person should have at least 3 years of marketing experience in Telecom/FMCG.
Cross functional exposure in other Business areas like Finance
A minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience
Results-orientated, critical thinker, with strong execution and follow-through characteristics
Ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver useful and actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
Ability to work flexibly with available data to help answer key questions for Sales, Marketing and Management.
Knowledge or previous experience with Sales force is preferable.
Strong statistical knowledge and analytical rigor to ensure accuracy and relevance of data.
Enjoy a hands-on approach – you’ll be expected to get involved on all levels. Having the ability to ultimately take the lead in directing the business through customer insight & analytics.
