Our client, an international fast growing Construction Company in East Africa that focuses on building residential and commercial buildings is seeking to recruit a seasoned Head of Finishing Operations, preferably a European Expat to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage operations and finishing team.
- Manage projects from internal phase through to completion and handover.
- Direct all interior finishing.
- Plan and schedule installations and preventive maintenance.
- Inspect contractors to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation, equipment’s and materials.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in the relevant field.
- More than 15 years in construction industry.
- Must have international experience in reputable companies.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in building high-end houses.
- Must be excellent in housing fittings.
- Must have a track record of delivering on their completion targets reliably.
- Must be able to maintain good relationships with subcontractors while pushing works on.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh 360,000 (Approx. 4,000 USD) depending on experience & qualification
