The Organization: Our client, a leader in the provision of Medical Insurance Products and services, is looking for 20 competent and skilled Marketing Executive / Financial Advisers join our team/Unit. 

The successful candidates main purpose will be to create new and maintain existing accounts, working in Nairobi or in its branch offices..

The ideal candidate will be a citizen of Kenya who has the following:

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field


• At least 2 years of relevant experience

 

Key Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work in a competitive environment and contribute towards team results


• Insurance knowledge, Life cover will be an added advantage


• Previous experience in insurance sales.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Knowledge in technical areas (experience);

Key Duties

• Market and sell insurance policy products


• Create client portfolios


• Prepare quotations for policies


• Follow up with customers


• Identify new markets


• Conduct market surveys and assess the market need


• Cultivate relationships with new and current clients


• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and revenue generating activities


• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance
