The Organization: Our client, a leader in the provision of Medical Insurance Products and services, is looking for 20 competent and skilled Marketing Executive / Financial Advisers join our team/Unit.
The successful candidates main purpose will be to create new and maintain existing accounts, working in Nairobi or in its branch offices..
The ideal candidate will be a citizen of Kenya who has the following:
Key Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Key Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work in a competitive environment and contribute towards team results
- Insurance knowledge, Life cover will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge in technical areas (experience);
Key Duties
- Market and sell insurance policy products
- Create client portfolios
- Prepare quotations for policies
- Follow up with customers
- Identify new markets
- Conduct market surveys and assess the market need
- Cultivate relationships with new and current clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and revenue generating activities
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance
